Today was Brianna's school Christmas program. I put her hair up in sponge rollers hoping to have her hair curled for her special night. This is the last time Brianna will see her little friends until next year. Hopefully, her school will receive the monies owed by the state of IL. If they don't the Pre-K class will have to be cancelled for the remainder of the school year. That would be such a shame. Please keep your fingers crossed and say a little prayer that they will and DO get it. Those teachers at Troy Early Childhood Center are amazing with all of those kids! They work very hard with all of the children to teach them a lot of things. The teachers there don't get half the credit they deserve, they really don't. In these short 4 months that Brianna has been going to school, I can see such a tremendous change in her...for the better of course. It is nothing short of amazing what this child has learned and knows! She is such an inspiration to me to be a better person for her and all around me. This child takes my breath away at times with the things she knows. I forget she's only 3 1/2 years old...lol. She acts like she's more like 14! I took pictures of her program...well, I tried to. It was very dark in the church, where her program was, so my pictures didn't turn out very well. I hope you will still be able to make some of them out. Jacob was very active tonight so Jack, my mom and I had to take turns with him so each of us could see Brianna in her program. What we were able to see was very good! Jack said it brought tears to his eyes to see his little girl on stage dancing and singing! It really makes us want to put her in dancing lessons. I know she would absolutely LOVE it! I took dancing lessons for 10 years and I loved it too! Enjoy the pictures!
