I had been doing the kids laundry and was in Jacob's room putting his clothes away. When I came to a particular shirt that had Elmo on it, he went crazy. He would keep digging it out of my pile and would hug it and carry it around. After I hung it up, Jacob walked up to the shirt, gave it a hug and a kiss! He kept pointing to it and wanted me to give it to him. I tried to tell him I had to put it away until the next time. Surprisingly, he didn't cry. He walked away and played with other toys.
