Sunday 2/7/10 - Cleaning up

It has been quite challenging for me to do my blogging today.  I keep getting interruped for one thing or another.  Bathroom breaks, dishing out spankings, making lunch and keeping my debol in line and safe is all very time consuming!  One of the interruptions went like this:

*Brianna:  "Mommy!  You have to come...QUICK!  Come see what I did!"
*Me: (thinking to myself) - Dear Lord, what now?  Who's hurt and how bad?
*Brianna:  "Look Mommy!  I cleaned up the family room!  I didn't even hafta been told to do it!" (Her exact words)
*Me:  "WOW!  Brianna, you did a fabulous job! I'm so proud of you!"  As I looked around the room I didn't see any of the toys and I never saw her walk past me to put any away.  I was curious as to what she did with them so I had to ask her.
*Me:  "By the way, Brianna, what did you do with all the toys?"

*Brianna: "Over there mommy."  She points over to the couch.  She piled them all up on the couch!  LOL.  It's the thought that counts...haha!

Where all the toys went!  Jack said atleast she picked them up off the floor!

Now, if only I could get her to not be afraid of the vacuum!  AND if she would dust too!  Jack asked her yesterday if she would help him clean up all the toys.  Her response to him was, "But Daddy, cleaning makes me sooooo tired!"  Jack and I both busted out laughing!  Some things you just can't contain!  Haha!
