Friday 4/2/10 - Friday is park day

Since daddy's been home with us this week, we decided to take him to the park with us.  We had such a fun time!  It was a bit windy, but it was warm.  Here are some of the fun things we got to do...(I'm warning you ahead of time...there are going to be A LOT of pictures in this post.  =).  It was hard to pick just a few.)


Brianna wanted to go to the "BIG" kid side of the playground.  Since there weren't any other little kids there, we thought it was okay.  Brianna is big enough to play over here.

This is how Brianna liked to go down the slide.  I had to tell her to go down it the "correct" way.  Yeah, I know...Mom's a party pooper. 

Now that's MUCH better, Brianna!  WEEEE!!!

Jacob was riding this first.  His bully of a sister decided it was HER turn.  She tried to push him off.  What a meany!

Once the ride was over,  he decided it wasn't so bad.  It was kinda fun!

We even ran into this guy...GRANDPA!!

After playing with Grandpa for a few minutes, he had to get back to work.  Bye-Bye!

This boy refused to move from this spot until Grandpa was outta his site.  I don't think he wanted his g'pa to go.  G'ma says he's turning into a Grandpa's boy. 

When I turned around, Brianna had blood all over her mouth.  I asked her what happened.  She said she bit her lip.

I told him to be careful cause he was going to fall.  Sure enough, he did.  He didn't get hurt though.

We ran into Grandpa again.  He wasn't getting a lot of work done with us there today!

Of course, we HAD to go to McDonald's.  The kids were starving!  Jacob fell asleep eating his in the car.

Brianna didn't.  She stayed awake to enjoy every bit of her happy meal!
