Sunday 12/05/10 - Visit with Santa, take 2

Several weeks ago, I made an appointment for the kids to get their pictures taken with Santa today.  Most every year, he comes to my work to visit with the kids.  There are fun activities for the kids, cookies to eat and a movie for the kids to watch.  Mrs. Claus was even there to read the story, "The night before Christmas".   Unfortunately, Jacob wouldn't have any part of Santa claus today either.  Jack even tried to sit next to him to atleast get Jacob in the picture.  Jacob SCREAMED and was trying to get away!  So, again, I only got a picture of Brianna with Santa.  Well, so much for that idea.  There's always next year, I guess.

Each child could make out their Christmas list to Santa Claus of what they wanted.  Jacob put his in Santa's mailbox...

Maybe we'll have better luck with Santa pictures next year.  This year wasn't so good.  I didn't realize Jacob would be so terrified of him.  Brianna was a little scared when she was his age, but nothing to this magnitude!  WOW.  I didn't feel so bad when I saw other children, around Jacob's age, flipping out about Santa too.  My niece, Lily, didn't like Santa either.  Atleast she would sit next to him, on Khloee's lap, to get her picture taken.  Jacob wanted no part of him no matter what!
