Sunday 2/13/11 - It's craft time!

Brianna loves to do arts and crafts!  She loves to color, paint, pretty much anything that is artsy fartsy.  I'm gonna be real honest here.  She doesn't get this from me.  I'm definately NOT the artsy type, for sure!  Not really sure who she gets this from, maybe her daddy's side of the family?  Anyway, she wanted to make a Hello Kitty mask.  Just in case you're wondering how to make one for yourself, here's how to do it...

After you color your picture and cut it out, you put glue on the back of it

Then stick it to a paper plate

Voila!  This is what your mask should look like so far...

Next you attach a popcicle stick (or straw - we didn't have any popcicle sticks) to the back with tape

The popcicle stick (or straw) helps you get a better grip on your mask

The finished product!

The creator of the Hello Kitty Mask!  She's so proud of herself!

So, now you know how to make your own Hello Kitty Mask.  I hope yours turns out as well as ours did!  :)
