Sunday 3/20/11 - Yes, it's THAT time AGAIN...

I swear, I think my kids' feet grow faster than the weeds in my front yard!  It seems like I'm constantly having to buy new shoes for them.  I even make sure to buy one whole size bigger than what they need to make sure they can wear them for awhile.  I just bought shoes for each of them a few months ago, it seems.  Well, the other day, Brianna was telling me how her tennis shoes were hurting her feet a little bit.  I was just thinking the other day, it was probably getting close to buying new shoes again for them both.  So, we headed to the shoe store to see what we could find. 



We went to Famous Footwear for shoes.  I found these awesomely cute flip flops on sale for only $10!  I wish they had them in my size because these are definitely MY style of shoe!  They are so stinkin' cute!  Brianna likes them for 2 reasons...#1 - they have "high heels" & #2 - they're sparkly.  Yes, she's a bling bling kinda gal!  :D

The shoes on the left (black & white ones) we found for Jacob at Target for only $16.99.  They have Lightning McQueen on the side.  Famous Footwear didn't have his size.  They light up so it's easier to find our lil trouble maker in the dark...lol.  The shoes in the middle are Jacob's Toy Story sandals.  They also light up and were only $10 on sale.  For only $10 you can't go wrong.  The white tennis shoes on the right are Brianna's.  She's been bugging me for a pair of Sketchers for a LONG time.  Well, it took us a few trips to a few different stores, but we FINALLY found the right shoes for her.   She likes them because #1 they have silver sparkly stripes on them & #2 they have a red butterfly charm on them too.  These were the most expensive but they were also on sale for $34.99.  I can't see paying a lot of money on shoes when kids' feet grow so fast!
