Sunday 9/25/11 - Bowling Parties are FUN!!

Today Brianna was invited to a classmate's party.  It was held at a local bowling alley.  This is the 3rd bowling party she's been invited to and LOVES them!  I can say the girl is getting pretty good!  She got a STRIKE & 3 SPARES!!   I hate to say it, but the kid bowls better than I do!   Her final score was 101.  I think that's pretty good for a 5 year old.   All the kids, at the party, did really well.  Most of them got spares and strikes!  I guess it helps when they have those guards up so there aren't any gutter balls...lol.

Over half of their class showed up to the birthday party.  These were some of the kids who were there.

It's Brianna's turn!  Believe it or not, there is a Breanna in her class too.  People get their names and spellings mixed up.  My girl gets a little perturbed when she's called "Breeanna" instead of "Briahnna".  (I spelled it that way for those of you who aren't familiar with how SHE likes her name pronounced...lol).  She's quick to correct you if you say it wrong.  =)

She was so excited!  She loves to bowl!

She was the friendliest, peppiest little girl there.  She would cheer on everyone everytime it was their turn.  She'd clap and jump up and down no matter what they bowled!  I told her dad I think we have a future cheerleader on our hands.  She is totally cheerleading material!  She's just like her momma!  I was a cheerleader for 4 years and loved every minute of it!

This is how all of the kids bowled.  If they didn't roll it down the lane, they threw it.  It's amazing there weren't any holes or dents after we left...lol.

This was the little boy who's birthday it was.  I think Brianna has a crush on him.  Everytime it was his turn to bowl, she'd go up and stand next to him...lol.  I would say she's out growing her shy faze, what do you think?

HI MOMMY!!

This is how many pins that were left after she bowled one time.  She knocked those pins down too!  She's pretty good for a 5 year old!

After she'd roll the ball down the lane, she'd stand with her hands on her hips.  =)

This little boy she's talking to is Riley.  He's the birthday boy (and the one she has a crush on) who turned 6 today.  He came over to talk to her.  He happened to look away just as I took the picture.  His mom said that he's shy.  I told her, "Brianna sure isn't.  Well, maybe for the 1st 5 minutes."  :D

If you can click on this picture, you can see how many spares and strike she had so far.  She's the very last one.  The "B" is highlighted in RED.

Brianna and Riley talking again.  Jack gives her a hard time about having a "boyfriend".  I'm not so sure Riley feels that way. :D  She's never admitted it, but I know that "look".   Hey, I was young and had crushes before...lol.   Her face gets red and she makes what I call "gaga eyes" at him every time she talks to him!   I was one of those girls that NEVER thought little boys were "ICKY".  Hee hee.  I think we're gonna have our work cut out for us.  =)

Brianna standing with Riley AGAIN while he's bowling...lol.

This box is in the way, but if you look at the score at the very bottom, that's B's!  She got 101!

Brianna eating a birthday cupcake with some of the other kids there.

While Riley opened up his birthday presents, guess who was standing right next to him?  Yep, you guessed it...BRIANNA.

She was helping out by throwing away some of the other kids' trash.  She's such a good girl!

She had lots of fun helpilng Riley celebrate his 6th birthday!   I guess she's like her momma and likes "older" guys...lol.  :D
