I've been on the look out for something to carry Kyndall in to make our shopping experiences a little more pleasant. If I haven't said before, I'll tell you now...she doesn't enjoy being in her carseat one little bit. Not even an ounce. Needless to say that makes for a less than enjoyable car ride anywhere...PERIOD. Neither Jack or I will go anywhere together anymore with all of the kids. We'll take one or two, but NEVER all three. Good Lord! Kyndall screams bloody murder the whole way to our destination & the whole way home. We've both agreed that we're NOT traveling too far away from home until she grows out of this. I was looking for some sort of sling/wrap to wear when I go out to see if maybe that would help out. Trust me, it's NOT fun grocery shopping with a 3 year old & a 2 month old. It's not only embarrassing for me, but it's totally amazing how unsympathetic & rude some people can be about it. It's not like I do something to her to make her express how unhappy she is with being confined to her seat. It's horrible how loud she can scream, let alone how much all that racket can echo inside the store. I've actually thought about just leaving my cart and running away...FAR...FAR...AWAY. I hate to say it, but it's true. Trust me people, I don't like it any more than you do that she screams. Atleast once I leave the store, you won't have to listen to her. I still have to ride home with her...closed up in the car!
My niece, Danielle, mentioned something about a Moby Wrap. I had never heard of such a thing so I googled it (yes, I am the Google Queen). This was EXACTLY what I was looking for! So I hunted until I found one at a great price. Thank goodness for drugstoreonline.com! They had one for half the price that Babies R US and Amazon.com had them. I bought it right away and had it shipped to me. It showed up on my doorstep this a.m.! WOO HOO! I can't wait to use it! My fingers are crossed that it works, Kyndall likes it & our shopping trips will be better. One can only hope!
God bless the U.P.S. man...lol.
It's arrived!
My Moby Wrap! I got a "gender neutral color" so Jack could/would wear it too. :)
The instructions on how to wear/wrap it.
When I get a chance, I'll sit down to read the instructions. Good Grief! Good thing it will hold a child up to 35 lbs. If I wait until I have a chance, it make take a while! Thanks again, Danielle for suggesting this! I can't wait to try it out! I'll let ya know how it works! Stay tuned...
