Wednesday 10/5/11 - Barbie vs. Jacob

Brianna came running out of her room crying, "Daddy, look what Jacob did to my dolly!"  Unfortunately, this isn't the 1st time he's done this.  Jack called Jacob out of his room to ask him if he did this.  Jacob quickly admitted that he did.  I asked him why he did it.  His response is always the same, which is, "I don't know...because."  He never denies when he does something, he just doesn't always provide an explanation as to why he did it.   I told him that it wasn't nice to break sissy's toys.  He said, "That okay.  Daddy can fix it."  Jack told him that he couldn't fix this.  Jacob has the misconception that if he breaks something, his daddy can fix anything.   Well, usually he can.  Unfortunately, this wasn't one of the times.  Poor Barbie.  We had to throw her away.  Needless to say, Jacob -1...Barbie...0.

Looks like Barbie's having a bad day, doesn't it?
