Jack's dad told me that Brianna painted a picture of a Groundhog to celebrate Groundhog's day. We didn't know it was in her cubby at school. I told Brianna, "So, I hear you painted a picture of a Groundhog at school. May I please see it?" She was excited to show it to me. She pulled it out of her book bag and this is what she showed me. I immediately said, "WOW! What a great job you did painting a ground hog, baby! Mommy's sooo proud of you!" Now, of course I couldn't tell what on earth this was. It looks like a big blob of brown paint on a white piece of paper to me...lol. I didn't want her to know I couldn't tell what it was. What was so funny was, she looked really surprised that I could tell what it was! She said, "Mommy, I know it's supposed to look like a ground hog, but it looks more like a dog to me. Look...I even gave him two humps on his back." I think what makes half of what she says so funny is how serious she is when she says it! I can barely hold back the laughter! This is Brianna's Ground Hog. I'm sure you all could tell right away, now couldn't you?
It's hard to see in this picture, but there are little pieces of white paper glued to this egg. I have no idea what this project was for.
Pretty dots on orange construction paper.
Different designs
Sorry, but some of these just speak for themselves!
