Welcome to our side of the fence: Sunday 4/4/10

I wish everyone out there in blog land a wonderful Easter with your family and loved ones. I hope you have a great day celebrating whatever you do. This is what we did today:

The loot the Easter Bunny left at our house for the kids. B's stuff is on the left. J's stuff is on the right.

I've discovered that people either love OR hate Peeps. This kid LOVES them. My other one...not so much. I have to agree with J. I'm definately NOT a fan of them either. Brianna was so excited about hers, she wanted me to show the people in the computer!

Brianna was showing me what all the Easter Bunny brought her. Nice hair, huh? :)

These were the kids favorite things they got. They're kinda like rubbery worm like things that light up when you shake them. They had an orange ball like this. Unfortunately, the purple one bit the dust already. Most of their toys they got today are broken. They didn't even make it through half the day!

This little boy didn't know what to think about all the goodies on the table.

He got over the shock real quick. He loved this!

Looking at a bath toy. You pull a string and the fish's flipper moves to propel it in the water.

The Easter Bunny hid eggs inside and outside for the kids to find

I had a difficult time explaining to Brianna that the eggs were for BOTH her AND her brother to SHARE. She thought all the eggs were for her. She's still having a hard time with the concept of SHARING. Jacob had a blast finding eggs (when his sister would let him find them).

Brianna was putting on one of her light up necklaces on her brother for him to wear.

Meemaw came over later to spend some time with the kids for Easter. She gave the kids some nice toys and snack the Easter Bunny left at her house. :) It was cool, but beautiful outside so we went outside to play. We played kickball...
