Thursday 4/1/10 - Veggie Replacement

Okay, I'll admit it.  I don't get all the veggies in everyday like I'm "supposed" to.  It's due to one of these things...1.) not enough time  2.) not hungry  3.) just don't wanna eat 'em.   I think #3 applies more than any of them.  This should be my #1 excuse.  I know, none are very good excuses, but none the less, they are mostly why I don't eat them. I don't think I could ever be a vegetarian. I've been TRYING to be better about it.  In comes this little can of veggies.  I'm talkin' 'bout V-8 juice.  I know this is no replacement for the "real" thing, but maybe will help me out.  I'm trying to be more health conscience, ya know.  I've tried the original V-8, low sodium version and spicy hot.  The low sodium lacks interest, in my opinion.  The original is "okay".  The spicy hot is EXCELLENT (as much as V-8 juice can be).  In my opinion, it is really good and I'm willing to drink this more so than the others.   It's not really all that spicy, but I'm into spicy stuff.  I've been told that I shouldn't have any taste buds left because of all the hot foods I eat.  I guess cause they've all been "burned" off?  He he.  The spicy flavor gives it character.  That's important to me.  If you're into drinking you veggies, then you should try this out.  It's pretty good!
