Thursday 5/13/10 - Oh no!

Tonight, Jack's mom informed me that Brianna had been complaining of a sore throat all evening.  Usually Brianna doesn't complain too much about things unless something is REALLY bothering her.  She's pretty tough.  When she IS hurt or sick, she can be quite the drama queen!   I know that when I TRUELY have a sore throat, it's NOT going to go away unless I see the doctor to get medicine.  I've had strep throat before and that bit the big one. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.  I know several friends who's children have strep.  I'm not taking any chances with Brianna.  I'm calling the doctor first thing in the morning to see if I can get her in.  She won't be happy, but she's not going to school either.  I'll let you know how it goes.
