Sunday 7/11/10 - He gets this from me!!

Since Jacob is willing to "try" most anything once before deciding whether he likes it or not, I thought I'd give him a few pieces of tomato from our garden.  I wanted to see if he'd eat it.  At first, he stared at it.  Then he tried a piece.  He took it out of his mouth a few times, I guess deciding if he liked it enough to chew and swallow it.  He must have figured it was worthy enough to eat because he gulped it down and asked for more!  WOW!  I couldn't believe it.  One of my kids likes tomatoes!  YAY!!  Jack says..."He DEFINATELY isnt' MY kid."   That's okay, Brianna favors Jack more than me (especially when it comes to eating) so it's only fair I get one kid who does something like me!   It seems like Jacob likes more of  the same things I do and Brianna likes more of the same things Jack does.  Oh well...you win some, you lose some...lol.


OMG...what on earth did you feed me, Mommy?? 

I guess this isn't so bad.  I don't mind eating tomatoes.  Believe it or not, he has even tried my homemade salsa!  He really likes it!  How 'bout that??   Yeah, I'm impressed too!!
