Sunday 8/8/10 - Visit with Aunt Angie & Family

Our niece Savannah, was in from out of town, for a few days, so we were invited over to my sister in law's house (Angie) to visit with her and other family members.  Angie was sweet to get her waterslide out for the kids (big and small ones) to play on!   The smaller kids didn't know what to think about it at first, but soon realized it was a lot of fun to jump and splash around!  Brianna would only go down the slide once.  Jacob wouldn't go down it at all.  They were having too much fun splashing!  Jacob liked to "practice" getting in and out of the pool at the bottom.  They were making such a mess, but having so much fun doing it!   Thank you Aunt Angie & Uncle Steve for having us over to visit and have so much fun!  On the way home, I realized we forgot all about telling Savannah & Chelsea happy birthday!  Oops!  We sent a card so hopefully she got it.  Sorry! 


This is Aunt Angie & Uncle Steve's waterslide...

Brianna wasn't too thrilled at first because the water was very cold!

This guy (the little one) wanted no part of the slide in the beginning.

Jacob saw what fun his sister was having so he decided to join in.  BUT from the side...and just a little bit of splashing.

He got in for a quick minute, but got right back out.  BRRR!!!  That water is COLD!!

He decided to take the plunge and get in.  Brianna was having too much fun without him!

Jacob also liked to get in and out, in and out.  He was making a muddy mess around the slide.

Next up...the "big" kids.  Our niece, Nicole, decided to go down the slide too!

Our niece, Savannah, said the water was so cold!  Chelsea & Joey's dog, Oliver, was helping her!

Vannah decided to take the plunge herself and go head first down the waterslide...

It was great seeing everyone one again!  Too bad we're not able to do it more often.
