I remember as a child how much I enjoyed going to my grandma's house. I could get away with things that I couldn't at home. The rules there weren't as "tough"! I loved listening to stories she would tell me about when she was a little girl and what her life was like back in the 20's & 30's. She told me how she and my grandpa met and about their courtship. My grandma taught me a lot over the years! Most of what I still use today. Grandparents can enrich a child's life in so many ways. I can see what a bond my children are getting with Grandma & Grandpa Parker. It reminds me of the bond I had with my grandma. I cherished the time I had with mine. I hope they will do the same with all their grandparents. I'm fortunate to have one grandparent left that they know and love. I wish they all could've known them all!

He likes to sit in this cozy coupe to watch T.V. When he hears catchy music, he'll jump out of the car to dance. Yes, my boy is into dancing like his sister is. Guess they get that from me!
