Sunday 8/29/10 - J's Birthday Party

Today we had a birthday party for J.   Aunt Angie & Uncle Steve were nice to let us borrow their waterslide for the kids (big & small) to use.  We were fortunate to have a hot day.  We also went swimming!  The kids really seemed to enjoy themselves.  Even some of the adults joined in the fun!  I'm warning you now...there are going to be TONS of pictures here in this post.  I won't post every single one of them, but I will post several.  Angie's been bugging me to post them so, here they are...

The fun shifted from the slide to the pool.  Everyone had such a great time swimming!

These were the party poopers who wouldn't join in the fun.  I don't count cause I was making the food while everyone else was outside having fun.  Jack took most of these pictures for me.

After we swam, we ate pizza.  Who doesn't like pizza?  I know I do!!  YUM...

All the kiddos loved the pizza!   I had heard that Costco had really good pizzas for only $10 (regardless of the toppings on it).  Since my mom has a membership to Costco, she got the pizzas for me.  She also brought the "adult" kool-aid too.  Thanks mom!!

After everyone ate, the kids decided they wanted to slide again...Khloee going down the slide.

I almost forgot about the cupcakes!  I just now realized we never sang happy birthday or had J blow out any candles.  He doesn't look like he's too bothered by it.  He's too busy shoveling his cupcake in his face!  He ate 3 of these!!

The birthday boy was so pooped out from his party...he fell asleep like this.  He was laying on top of a piece of pizza he was eating!

Thank you everyone for everything!  This was a super fun birthday party!  Everyone seemed to have a great time!  I think this is the best birthday party we've had yet!
