Saturday 3/26/11 - Line 'em up!

Lately, Jacob has really been into playing with his Matchbox cars.  Last summer at a yard sale, I bought a cool toy that I thought he'd like to play with.  Since he was with me, I was able to get his approval immediately!  It came with little people, cars and other fun items to play with. Well, to say the least, he's not interested in any of the extras.  He likes to play with HIS cars on it. As a matter of fact, I have no clue where he put any of the extra toys.  He was being quiet, so that usually means trouble.  When I went into his room to check on him, this is what I found...


He had a lot of his favorite cars lined up (on his bed) with his "garage" as he calls it.

Here he is right before he had them all over the place!  He has so much fun playing by himself sometimes.  It's nice that both of my kiddos are great at playing together and by themselves.  Jacob likes to stuff his cars in the sides of his bed until they fall out on the floor.  This boy even likes to sleep with them!  We have to wait until he falls asleep to take them away.  How he can sleep on a bed full of toys/cars is beyond me!

I had to take pictures to show that even though my boy likes to wear his sister's shoes & dresses AND paint his fingernails, he STILL likes to do boy things too.  :)   I sure do LOVE my boy!
