Sunday 3/27/11 - My...that's a BIG baby you have there!

Today, Jacob was into pushing his cars (and a baby doll) in his sister's baby doll stroller.  Of course, I never even thought about taking pictures of that.  DUH!  He even tried to sit in it too!  I kept telling him he was too big for his sister's dolly stroller and was going to break it, if he didn't quit sitting in it.  I'm not too sure what the weight limit is on it, but I'm sure he exceeds it!  To give you an idea of how big (tall) Jacob is, the last time we weighed him (clothes, shoes and all) he weighed 37.5 lbs!!  Yes, I have a BIG 2 1/2 year old.  He's actually the size of a 3 1/2 year old (that's what our pediatrician has told me).  Jacob is bigger than some of the 3-4 year olds that are in Brianna's Pre-K class!   In these here parts, we must grow them tall!   Brianna is very thin, but extra tall too.  She's as tall as some of her 6 year old friends (and taller than some of them).  Anyway, I thought for a second and remembered I still have an umbrella stroller that I used when Brianna was little, in her closet.  Fortunately for me, I haven't really gotten rid of any of my baby things.  I decided to get the umbrella stroller out and let both kids play with it.  I figured the weight limit for it had to be more than the dolly stroller!  Jack kept saying that Jacob was too heavy for it too.  I told him, "I don't think he is.  Let's see."  So, Jacob got in the stroller and he convinced his big sister to push him around the house.  They both took turns pushing each other.  Brianna actually fit in it better than Jacob did!  She only out weighs him by 4 lbs, but she's a good head & a half taller.  Of course, I had to take pictures of  Brianna's BIG baby!  She kept calling him her baby which would prompt him to "cry".  I really thought he was crying at first.  I asked him what was wrong?  He quickly responded, "Mommy, I'm baby!  Babies cry! Waaaaaa!!"  Haha!  My kiddos are so silly!

Brianna liked pushing her little brother around like a baby.

He wanted her to stop so he could watch his favorite cartoon.

They had so much fun playing together!

It's hard not to notice that he's almost too big for this stroller too!  It did creek & crackle a bit when he would move around in it.  I'm kinda surprised it held him!  Guess the weight limit is more than 37 lbs...lol.
