This is a ladybug she made out of paper plates. Notice how the wings separate so it can "fly" away?!
A fish made out of a large paper plate. Brianna is very imaginative and LOVES using bright colors on all her projects!
I had to ask what this was a picture of. She told me this was her daddy driving his BIG truck! The backwards "L" is the seat and the dot is her dad.
This picture was part of my Mother's Day present. I had to ask what the red thing was next to the little girl she drew. She said it was a red bush. I asked what the long line coming out of it was. She said that was the stem with leaves on it. :)
This was my Mother's Day card she made me (to the left) and the picture above was made into a magnet for me to stick on our fridge!
This is the inside of my card. She drew a picture of herself standing next to a rainbow. Notice how well she's able to write her name? We have to work on her writing it in lower case letters. She likes to write everything in capitals. Her teacher told me that in Kindergarten, they don't want kids writing in all capitals. Looks like a project for the summer!
This poem was on the back of my card. It was so cute! The red dot inside the heart is her fingerprint! This is what the poem says: "My dirty little fingerprints I've left on every wall, and on the drawers and tabletops, I've really marked them all. But here are some that won't rub off, I'm giving them to you because I'm thankful to have a mother that's just like you!" Love, Brianna. (Now if that doesn't make a proud momma tear up, I don't know what will!)
I totally forgot about making a Mother's Day post! Sorry about that. I hope all of you mothers had a fabulous day! I was able to spend it with my favorite little people so mine was pretty awesome!
